The Illinois State Buckskin Association (ISBA) was formed in 1984.  Some of you may have known this state charter as Fox River Buckskin Association.  The Fox River Association was formed in 1975.  We are a state charter of the International Buckskin Horse Association, which is the world’s largest registry of Buckskin, Dun, Red Dun and Grulla horses.  The Illinois State Buckskin Association is dedicated to preserving and promoting the Buckskin, Dun, Red Dun and Grulla horses.  We host shows with a warm, fun-loving atmosphere where you can compete with some of the best buckskin horses in the nation.
